Custom Candle Packaging Box Project

For candle brands looking for customized packaging, the jar is glass, relatively heavy and easy to rattle. The pack has to hold the candle during transportation, prevent movement inside the box, and still present a clean lid when it is given as a gift.

Different candle sizes change the well. A square guess leaves the jar free to slide. Unboxing should feel considered, but the same structure also has to survive a courier network when the unit ships as a parcel.

The concept uses rigid boxes and magnetic closure boxes as the usual presentation formats. A drawer box can be considered when the brand wants a slide opening. Custom inserts — paper, EVA or a formed tray — hold the jar so it does not walk when the lid opens.

Structure, material and finishing are developed together. Greyboard supports the wall; art paper or specialty paper carries the face; foil, embossing or soft-touch lamination sit on a locked lid size. This is a development example, not a production-volume claim.
