Bakery, dry snacks and gift food need different board stiffness. A window changes strength and how the pack is recycled. A paper bag is sometimes added after the box is locked; that bag has to be sized to the finished box, not guessed.

Materials
Kraft and paperboard for most food cartons; corrugated for shippers; molded pulp where a tray is appropriate. Food-contact needs for the surface that touches the product are confirmed on the quote for that product. This page does not list a certificate number.
Printing & Finishing
Print is usually CMYK or simple spot color on kraft. Heavy foil and large UV areas are less common on food outers that will be handled as parcels. Gift food lids can take foil when the board is a presentation wrap.

Food inserts are used when pieces or jars need a well. Pulp trays are common for that role. Confirm the surface that touches the product against your requirement.
