Materials
Art paper and greyboard for kit boxes; folding board for single-bottle cartons; kraft when the line wants a quieter wrap. Molded pulp is useful for multi-bottle trays. Corrugated is reserved for the shipper unless the presentation pack itself must travel.
Printing & Finishing
Matte lamination is often used on skincare so fingerprints show less on dark wraps. Foil can sit on the lid logo. Spot UV is used sparingly on a claim or mark, not across a large pump-facing panel that will scuff.
Custom Inserts for Product Fit
Skincare inserts are about height as much as outline. The nest should support the bottle shoulder and leave clearance for the pump. Pulp trays work well for two- and three-bottle layouts.
